Founded in 2009, Unified Collective is dedicated to providing safe access to medical marijuana for its patients. In addition to providing a safe medium through which our collective members can receive MMJ medication, we work closely with our caregivers to ensure our patients are receiving only the highest quality medical marijuana.
What sets Unified apart is our dedication to both our patients and the variety of medicinal marijuana products our collective provides. Unified Collective operates with the goal of providing a central location where patients who have excess medicine will be able to supply patients who are in need of medicine. Since our opening we have been in strict compliance with the California health and safety code section 11362.5 (B)(1)(A) & 11362.7(H) proposition 215 & SB 420 and will continue to ensure this compliance.
Unified Collective of San Diego, California is a medical marijuana collective incorporated in the state of California as a Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation. We are organized under the Consumer Cooperative Corporation Law of California and are in full compliance with the California Attorney General’s guidelines including both California Proposition 215 and California Senate Bill 420. Unified Collective’s internal structure is democratic in nature and all decisions are made by a quorum of members.
