Do I Qualify for Membership at Unified Collective?

  • You must have a California doctor’s recommendation for medical cannabis to access the services of Unified Collective.
  • You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old, and have a state-issued photo identification (CA Drivers License or CA State Issued ID).
  • You must be able to prove you are a California resident by providing appropriate documentation (utility bills, car registration, etc.).

We serve only legally qualified patients and caregivers; we do not provide services to any persons not qualified under California law. Any person who is not a member or qualified patient, including minors, is not permitted within the marijuana collective area at any time.


How Do I Become a Member of Unified Collective?

As a medical marijuana patient, your status as a medical cannabis patient must be verified prior to accessing Unified Collective’s services. We perform a verfication by contacting the physician’s office where you were given a recommendation to use medical marijuana. (Online pre-verification coming soon.) Once verified, you will have access to all of the MMJ collective and other services Unified Collective offers.
